Need help identifying military badge WW2 or Philadelphia Police? It is either a Philadelphia police badge or WW2 Army badge as my father was in both. It is a bar like what you see on the chest of decorated officers. It is navy bolue and has 5 navy blue stars on it. It has a tie tack or pin backing on the back of it. I was watching The Real Hustle last night and watched as the guys on their were using fake police badges to commander vehicles and getting into movies free, also last week they used a fake badge to stop someone and question them for shoplifting and stealing their goods without them knowing.
